I think he's not used to having voices talking in his ear, whilst reading an autocue. Very awkward indeed. Or maybe just the fact that it was Kay who was at the other end of the line.

Presumably the thinking was that if it was a busy night of breaking news, a six hour shift was too long for a single presenter.
why was samantha brought in, didn't they think that lukwesa could handle a big story!

Lukwesa does not seem very happy tonight she keeps making mistakes and following the snow in New Zealand story keeps saying its not as cold as it is here
