Lukwesa burak as headline presenter on sunrise this morning

With Lorna Presenting. I know it was just for today, but I think I will be regularly watching sunrise on weekends in the future.

Kay Burley currently being interviewed by Richard Bacon on Five Live for anyone interested, she is being asked about her various on air 'incidents'.

I think she is defending herself well, although I would say that as I do think she gets a very hard time on the internet.

She was blowing so much smoke up Richard's bum, I'm surprised he didn't take out a super injunction to stop people hearing it.

It says her novel is called Media Monkey but actually I think that's the name of the column that's been ripping into it in recent weeks.

Do these people just make it up as they go along? Perhaps she should have listed to the Richard Bacon interview, where Burley defended herself admirably.

Good radio interview, thanks. As I expected Kay is not bothered by the haters.

I also thought Kay was good on the radio. Obviously she may not be to everyone's taste but the treatment she gets in some quarters is ridiculous.

Just to note she confirms in the Evening Standard article that she has just signed a new 5 year deal with Sky.
