There are many people in the news business who work 5 days including both Saturday and Sunday. I wouldn't automatically assume that just because he is working Saturday he will go down to a 4 day week[/quote]

I meant if he was to relief present on weekdays the two days he already presents and Saturday. There's three plus if he was cover for lets say Eammon on Monday and Tuesday theres a five day week making him unlikley to present Wednesday meaning he could only relief present 2 days a week.

Has there been a news bulletin reader on this morning? Just saw this tweet from Lorna Dunkley: "...no bulletin readers during daytime schedule. So, busy afternoon for me!" and was wondering if that's a one-off for today or maybe a wider change.

Sounds as though it could be a wider change as the tweet immediately before that one says "Changes to Sky News schedule today. New Boulton and Co programme at 1pm." ... "And no bulletin readers during daytime schedule. So, busy afternoon for me!"

That sounds like a good change, never saw the point of all the various people they hire just to read several headlines, like a main presenter can't do that.

The right move to do away with headline presenter during the day, it often resulted in programmes feeling disjointed.

I didn't watch it all - not by choice. Anna stumbled on a few things on the opening of the programme but seemed to be just a good as Sarah

Nice to hear the v/o at the toth include 3 presenters, Tim Marshall, Andrew Wilson and Chris Skudder.
