"Yep, right ok", "Mmm-hmm, yes..", "So blah blah blah, yes? Yes?"
Not only ill-prepared, but rude and dismissive.
I just don't get it. Don't get why she's still there.

Agreed. Excruciating. Absolutely terrible.

sorry if this has been mentioned but, it appears sky have a new weather presenter.
Joanna Robinson.
I think she is a presenter, although she looks like a producer.

This baffles me. Sky decide to send a correspondent and presenter to this yet they only sent a correspondent to the disaster that was the Haiti earthquake. This is nonsensical.
Andrew Wilson presenting from the San Jose Mine.

I suppose this story has more human interest and Wilson will be on site when the actual event happens.

The most embarrasing thing about Haiti was that Matt Barbet was there for Five News. So a Sky News produced service had a presenter in Haiti, but not Sky News themselves
Did Sky ever send anyone to Pakistan for the floods? Jonathan Samuels was there for Five, but I never saw Sky having a reporter 'of their own' on the ground

Though presumably Five News have their own editorial and production teams within the Sky News empire, just as ITV and C4 News have at ITN?

Similar reasons I suspect.
Presumably Sky and Five have different budgets and chose to spend them in different ways.

True, although I have seen Sky correspondents and presenters appear on Five News and vice versa. But I agree presumably the Five News budget (to Sky from Five) would pay for the team to be sent out there in the first place.
