In the past, I've noticed that JT tends to be on fairly often and then go on holiday for long period of times, as though he takes all his annual leave at once and in return works through the other holidays e.g. Easter and the Bank Holiday's when his colleagues are off air.

At a guess, with regular presenters taking annual leave during the English school summer holidays, Isabel will cover those shifts, so I won't be surprised if she ends up covering for Dermot, Kay, JT etc during the day then returns to her day job in September.
