Sunrise is edging back to the two presenter format...other than the fact that one presenter sits at a desk and gets 75% of the stories.

Jannat Jalil did 1pm-5pm today and is back again at 7pm!

I think Paula Middlehurst did the same yesterday.

Nice to see Gemma Morris back for the first time in a long while tonight.

Edit: why does she keep juddering suddenly up in the seat, quite sharply it's like she keeps getting mini electric shocks.

How exactly do you expect anyone to answer that?

Because she loves her job and she is really enthusiastic about it.

It was not really a question, more really an observation, but whenever she's presented before I've never seen someone so animated, it was like she couldn't get comfortable in the seat and had to keep adjusting the way she was sitting my getting up a little.

Gamal in his reporting role tonight in the studio, feels odd to see him against the video wall and conversing with Philippa.

Rachel Younger on 5-7 tonight, that has to be one of the most unusual shifts for a while.
