I think it was a different part of the gallery backdrop, if I'm right the camera angles are like this. The arrow pointing upwards is pointing towards the video wall.

Bare in mind that that's an image from 'Second Life' and isn't actually representative of the current studio.

From what I saw, it didn't look that different. Definitely not to the extent of it being another studio.

I believe the only difference from the time when the 'Second life' studio was modelled is that a lot of the fin tructures have been removed.

Think the upper parts of the Gallery were in the picture that we normally don't see so it gave me that impression.

Paula Middlehurst you'd say would do the press preview as well for a first time, seeing as normally the 7pm to midnight slot is one presenter.

I wonder if this means they're perhaps thinking of doing 7pm-9pm a different presenter at weekends to the 9pm to midnight shift like during the week?

Martin Standford at midnight tonight. Does he often/ ever before done an overnight? Is it because of hurricane sandy they want someone a little more senior than a reporter?

They did a smilar thing on saturday too with Paula and Mark except Mark didn't come back until 10pm

I think it is because they plan to run a full set of bullitens rather than an overnight bulliten which doesn't really have anything new/live unless its breaking.

Philippa Tomson has now took over from Martin- wonder why?
