Why are they using the old studio with a different presenter at 5 onwards when kay burley is still meant to be presenting. Are they moving?

Why can't people grasp that things are always different between Christmas and New Year, just like they are in the middle of summer when the main names go AWOL. Or AWL to be more precise.

Why are you against new members that might not know so much about news schedules or shows?

It doesn't need to be specific to the news...

Different bus driver to normal, different cashier at the supermarket, different postman...binmam...milkman; I know of now jobs, other than the emergency services, that could have an anything similar to normal rota's over the festive period. People take holidays at Christmas & New Year...

Because all it takes to understand a simple concept like things might be slightly different between Christmas & New Year are open eyes, an open mind, and a modicum of intelligence that even your more discerning domesticated animals have.

Oh I don't know, my cat was baffled by Kay doing Sunrise on Boxing Day.

Stephen Dixon is bloody great!! Just putting it out there. Wish he and Isabel were on 7 days. Can't take to Sarah Jane & Jonathan. Very dull pair.

It really is different strokes for different folks isn't it? I can't bear Stephen Dixon. I find him one of the most irritating newsreaders of all time. I can take or leave Jonathan Samuels but I've been madly in love with Sarah Jane Mee for years...she's not a bad newsreader either.

Sure is. I just don't feel any warmth humour or personality from SJ & JS. Btw how the flip do I reply to someone's comment? I clicked quote and it didn't turn out like everyone else's replies to other people's comments.

Just click "Quote" on the bottom right of the post you want to quote (not the blue Quote button on the bottom) and it'll appear in the bottom box in square brackets.

Alternatively, typing "[ quote="somebody"]Somebody's post[/quote]" (no quotes and don't leave a space after the first open square bracket, I've put that in so the code shows) will generate this when you submit the post:

somebody posted:

They tried to do light banter when I caught them last Tuesday and it just doesn't work. There is much more of a natural affinity with Stephen and Isabel.

Individually SJM and Jonathan are good in their own right, but I had reservations about the pairing when it was announced. I know Sarah-Jane is well respected at Sky, but I still don't think it works.

Apologies if already posted, but it looks like the baby shard studio is in use now for Ian King Live. Only seen a DTL shot, but looks quite nice.
