Sky news logo change may well be coming soon, I've just noticed that in Sky Central they've changed a few Sky Cinema logos to lowercase and a purple colour instead of uppercase redish.
It looked purple from the side on view - Revista De La Liga on Sky Sports this week came from the ground floor of Sky Central, there was a Sky Cinema display set up in the background where two logos were seen.
Maybe be a little less confrontational because I did see it and I have perfect vision thanks very much as my day job requires it, the angle probably is what made it look purple since as you may be aware when you look at screens from certain viewing angles it can distort the colours
Great coverage of the violence in Catalonia all morning long, as always Sky is where the action is. CNN, BBC absolutely useless.
Sky's coverage was excellent. The BBC does itself no favours with politically sensitive stories such as this. It clearly chose to take a low-key approach to coverage, in an attempt to avoid offending either side of the political debate. The result? Shockingly poor reporting - of the level you would expect from a local TV operation. I am a big supporter of the BBC, but it needs to regain some self confidence and stride in its journalistic approach. There are so many talented people working hard within the organisation, but they're being held back by an overtly 'safe' editorial approach, which damages democracy and the integrity of journalism.
