Not keen on now the presenters have to keep ducking their heads for the weather shot on Sunrise, and the messy little screen they've now got by one of the pillars, on the floor.
That little screen appeared at the start of the week. I also spotted another 1 just outside the box this morning, it was visible on the wide shots to the right of the screen
I don't see the point in adding all these screens it just looks a mess. it was bad enough when the 2 larger screens are always in shot during the wide shot especially during the papers now we have these little ones too.
A couple of nice silver fire extinguishers were shown to the left of the screen this morning when Stephen was returning to the desk.
I wish they would decide what they are doing. If it's not different studios it's different looking presentation, then we have two headed at weekends and one headed plus a pop up every now and again during the week, it just looks so disjointed
If it's any consolation, Newschat inevitably will end up to be not long for this world.
Even if there is a valid presentation point there (that the presenters are more akin to equal co-presenters rather than one being the main presenter and the other popping up every so often), there are much better ways of expressing it.
With just 13 members, I can't see 'Newschat' rivalling this place in any serious capacity.
The comment in the screenshot was a perfectly valid comment to make. Sunrise have been changing the format around with the presenters recently, and it was of note that the format changed again.
If the people running 'Newschat' have already sunk to taking comments out of context in order to appear superior, I can't see their site lasting that long.
I'm not too worried about Newschat, since from everything I've heard about it, they only really want people who agree with them which doesn't make for much of a discussion to boost their already inflated egos who think they or their employer does nothing wrong and anyone who says they do should be banned.
The fact they're moderating the first three posts of anyone who makes a post there is typical of a site tht has a problem with free speech and create an echo chamber environment with mutual back slapping of how great each other are.
It's like these neighbourhood pages on Facebook where only positive comments are allowed or you are banned.
it's pretty inmature that you cannot establish a site in it's own right and are just trolling members of other sites and tweeting abouyt them, it makes you come across as very unprofessional and like a petulant child who has a chip on their shoulder.
