Been with Sky through the night and not ready to sleep yet.

Really enjoyed the Lewis / Ed double act and have to say having watched a bit of the BBC coverage on the second TV, Sky's graphics are vastly superior. They are clear, concise and well designed.

The BBC's graphics feel a bit of a hodge-podge, lumping election graphics on top of BBC News Channel graphics.

The Results Center did Sky News proud and the studio showed exactly why it is far superior to the glass box.

End of an Era for Sky News, doubt we will see the studio ever again after today, but the coverage would have been nowhere near as good in the Glass Box.

Looking at the behind the scenes video, you appreciate the scale of the studio and the size and flexibility of it, which simply isn't possible in a the box.

Lewis Goodall has been really good, a real asset to Sky

Have to congratulate Sky on some great coverage overnight. Not only did they get the editorial stuff right - all the key seats at the right time, but the graphics were very well designed. Loved the DT music, titles and wipes. (The only thing I would say is that it is a shame the decision time branding wasn't back).

As mromega said, I flicked over to ITV/BBC at points doing the night and found their graphics very messy and unhelpful. I had no idea what was going on and what seats were being declared.

Adam and Sophy were great co-anchors and I think it worked well having the two studios.

Well done sky!

Having been watching Sky News for the last 15 hours I agree with the above comments and praise sky's coverage

You have to take your hat off to them how they can bring so many lives, matched up with the right graphics sometimes seconds after the last declaration and I think I only saw 1 correction all night. The graphics are visually pleasing and always draw your attention to new results.

I did wonder why the vote 2017 party strips on the logo were darker at the bottom than the top but now we know they are hexagons side on and that matches everything else

The decision time music is a real treat and I never get fed up of hearing it even after 15 hours. They treated us to 2 or 3 plays of it back to back during some of the TOTH & BOTH recaps earlier on.

The giant screen is perfect for displaying so much information on and it looks like the second studio won't be able to accommodate it.

Sky News Centre looking as good as ever. With the possibility of another election later in the year could sky delay bulldozing it a bit longer?

I was surprised that Lewis was given such a prominent role as he pretty much came from nowhere before his Lewis Lorry tour began

Absolutely, Sky's coverage was incredible - benefiting from what I hope become a staple of future election nights, Lewis Goodall & Ed Conway. Really enjoyed their coverage, especially this year, with the slightly different setup.

Good job SkyGeek and the whole team!

10 out of 10 points from me for the coverage though I have to say I missed people such as Martin Stanford.

TV 10/10

Flawless all night apart from the online seat by seat results center which fell over a couple of hours in and still is down.

However to their credit they put up one big article in it's place:

I watched Sky's coverage the most during the night and was much better than the BBC's. Sky got their info up much quicker, with BBC usually just pulling down their graphics as data was being put in.

How long has Lewis been with Sky News? It was like he was commander last night. Worked very well next to Ed Conway.

Thanks - even though my body would beg to differ after only 90 minutes of sleep in the last 30 hours, knowing that we've informed and (hopefully) entertained our audience makes it all worthwhile.

I will just echo what most others have said. Fantastic studio design - a really nice use of the space, and it was great to see Sky News at so many of the counts. A really good job overall I thought!

I'm sure they will manage just fine in the future with the Glass Box or however they decide to go about hosting future elections, though in a way it is sad that this looks like one of the last broadcasts from the old studio.

Great show, worked so well, Osterley never looked better, Lewis was great, all the outside broadcasts were first class and the graphics and presentation was first class and no complaints at all how it worked and was set-up, Kay Burley on top form today as well, just cannot speak highly enough.

I was fearful that they would go for too plain presentation and too much white as has been the trend in recent months but they instead appeared to have cottoned on that for white to work it needs a splash of colour otherwise it's just dull.

Farewell Osterley and thanks for the many years of excellent coverage from a REAL first class news studio.
