Just what is the 'Total UK Debt' counter adding to the coverage ?
Was it just my TV, or on SD was the 'Y' of the Emergency Budget box on the graphics cut off. My screen is set up correctly, and too test I changed the setting to 4:3 instead of 16:9, and I got the same.
I hated the Budget in SD - as other people have said, the graphics went off the screen for me too.
I really think Live at Five and some of the bigger shows need weather forecasters on them though - even if it's pre-recorded. On occasions when I've seen World News, Francis Wilson's global forecasts have been excellent - are they read by Lukwesa now then?
The biographies site for the weather presenters has been updated and it's still showing Sarah, Francis, Lucy and Isobel. Does this mean that it's only Jo, Denise and Lisa that have left?

As Jo Wheeler is a freelancer, ive heard she may well still appear from time to time (as might Denise and Joanna).
Pretty sure she was on a contract at Sky. Only Joanna Rice freelances on weather that I know of, so will probably continue to appear from time to time.
For whatever reason they are not deleting all the biographies at once. Probably going to pull a couple down a day so it doesn't look quite as brutal as it is.
Ian Woods reporting live from Sydney on news of a new Australian PM. It would be interesting to see them simulcast SN Australia for breaking stories like this. On another note very impressed with Lukwesa, I could see her as a star Sky News presenter a few years down the line.
Is it possible Jo and Francis are staying on until after the summer? Given all the disruption of holidays, potentially at odd points (due to the world cup), they might stay to cover Isobel and Lucy until things are back to normal? Or are they definitely staying full-time?
