VERY pretty market graphics - loving what I've seen so far.

Is Adam Boulton bionic? The man is still going....he can't have had much sleep in the last 24 hours....

New TOTH graphics look a bit OTT - but it works and I rather like it. Love the music - very classy.

And thank god they've sorted out the grahpics - everything just seems to come together a bit better now and the darker colours make it look more classy.

Wasn't sure on the new font at first - certainly not as easy to read as before but it's growing on me. Still think that when they used Frutiger between 1998-2005 was the best - looks modern and very easy to read.

All in all a good effort though, glad that nasty orchestral-electronic mashup has gone.

I was thinking that this morning, and he's still going at 7:30? I thought 9pm to just after 6am (9 hours+) was bad, but 22 hours is terrible.

I'm sure he's had a lot of coffee and make-up applied. The Election Analyst also had a long day - he was on at 9pm yesterday and still on at Live at 5 today.
Love the new Business graphics as well - Sky is showing a big improvement, lets hope they keep it up.

In fairness, Adam Boulton disappeared for about 5 hours or so this morning. Still must be knackered though!

Michael Thrasher, the election analyst, I believe disappeared about 6am or 7am, and didn't return until 5pm or so. Probably got a decent sleep somewhere along the line.

I think the straps could animate a bit better. On SD anyway, not sure what they're like on HD.

Love everything apart from the font on the astons, I think it could be a little smaller.

Overall, a huge improvement. Especially the new music.

Music is very nice. Incidentally I haven't heard a HD plug all day which is a nice change.

Jayne Secker presenting election news every 15 mins, she has become a very professional and impressive presenter.

Has anybody got a video / audio grab of the new toth? - Jeremy Thompson is talking over the end of the ident posted previously.

I love Sky news so far today, however i noticed no sound (swoosh) on the breaking news banner when it appears on screen. i hope they bring that in soon. i was a fan of the old drum beat version used in the early 2000's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixpDIZ3qYdE and also the later swoosh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTz--TuthQg seen in this blooper..

Also does anyone else think the ticker (on SD) is too slow now in its scrolling..
