Who will be in Cumbria for Sunrise? I assume it wont be Eamonn as he has to be in London for other TV duties.

Andrew Wilson?

I know the incident is tragic and disturbing, but... what a tabloidy title. Are they taking tips from ITV?

Wasn't it a quote from one of the residents? I think that's why they've called it that.

Sky News generally do well ratings wise from News at Ten through to Press Preview. These slots are often 'top ten'.

Indeed. I've just looked at the latest barb figures - week ending 23rd May and it seems Sunrise isn't so dominant at the moment. It had three places in the top 10, Live at Five also had 3, Sky News Tonight had 2 while Sky News at Ten and Live Desk both had 1 entry each in the top 10.

Good to see Colin Brazier leading the coverage of the Cumbria shootings, thought we might have seen Kay on location for Afternoon Live but Colin is continuing to present from Whitehaven and is doing a very good job indeed.

Presume Anna B will take over from 5pm. I imagine Dermot and Kay (and presumably JT) are on holiday, what with it being half term.

The nine o'clock hour proved to be the strongest rating time period for both Sky and the BBC NC yesterday
Quote:
