Sky News: Presentation Discussion

Slightly different here in Australia though. Rather than just one show tied to a portal, media companies instead have gone for merging the entire online identity of their magazine and television holdings with the online portals of MSN and Yahoo. Thus why NineMSN's news is Nine News, sport is branded under Nine's WWOSports, and Seven's Pacific Magazines are all sub-sites of Yahoo7 etc etc.

They are 50-50 joint ventures I think.

Does anyone know if this is just report/updates every so often from a reporter, or is there goingto be a high profile presenter leading this?

Not the best of starts for the State of Emergency day, After the headlines they started playing a special intro with what sounded like old sky news music, it played for 2 seconds before changing to a still of another vt

special graphics being used























Also since yesterday they are putting the local time clock next to some of the locations like they did for the U.S. election last year, So far I've seen it for Russia, America, France and Syria

Sportsline continues to air though!

I think the coverage started off quite slow but now its very interesting to watch and I'm sure as the night goes on it will be quite fascinating

Do we think Kay will be replaced at 2am until 6am with someone else?

Haven't the people going to A&E suffered enough?
