The EPG only lists a press preview at 2230 and 2330 from today.
Just been announced that this is the last 22:30 sportsline, Next week it moves to 21:30 so are they ditching the 21:30 press preview all week or just the weekends?

I think those are just another broadcaster's graphics which fortuitously lined up with the ticker - their DOG is covered by the Sky News one.
Could it be that the Sky News Sport gets a refresh? On friday I saw new graphics. Paul Kelso joined the Sky News Sports correspondants and Arron Armstrong just announced a new time for sportsline on weekends: 9.30pm I think.

No, definitely not, because those graphics were also broadcasted as we saw Celina presenting in the studio.

That's not good, half hour less of the nice new set.

I saw it for the first time today, think they are a little pointless. More of a gimmick than anything else, as they don't really add much to what the presenter is talking about. Discussing the Premier League, with this new graphic displaying stats for average attendances in the SPL. Don't see how it fits in.
The equivalent graphics on the business updates are well worth keeping; but I think they're useless in sports bulletins.

This is often when they switch between recorded (green screen on the balcony) and live (real gallery).
Martin Stanford in front of a green screen at the moment.
EDIT: but not on the next link. Strange.

They look pretty bland on SD, much better on HD where they have the three panels at the bottom and the infobars on the right.

Ever? Woop!
Anyway, I don't see how this new graphic can add much to be honest. It's good that they're continuing to try things out though.
