Not sure if its been mentioned exactly what is happening to the Sunrise (shoebox set) but I hear it's a new red sofa (to match Daybreak and Breakfast), the plasma is turning portrait and there'll be a new desk.
The plasma they have already is used in portrait mode for the paper reviews.
I could imagine the furniture is very similar to the one of Sky News Arabia, they also have a red sofa. I furthermore presume that there will be a new sunrise background on the plasma screen behind the logo.
I would like them to introduce a new evening programme called "SUNSET".

I am very disappointed by the set change comverning sunrise. The logo is simply transparent and static on a more light background. It all looks ridiculous compared to skynews arabia. Why do should you improve things if you can make them worse.
The problem with that Sunrise set is that it makes Eamonn Holmes look raised as if he is like Davros whilst everyone else, such as the newsreader, looks normal.
The set looks like a not-as-good copy of their sister channel's, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, since elements of it are an improvement on the previous set . I'm not sure I like the new logo, it's quite bland and besides being on the plasma, it has no other role in the show.
Eamonn Holmes said something of new graphics on his twitter page, so far I havenīt seen any changes, or does he simply mean the new sunrise logo on the plasma screen?

"SkyNews Sunrise is getting bigger and better., tune in between 6-9 AM to see the new set ,graphics and gizmos unveiled this morning."
I believe he was (attempting) to use an iPad for the newspapers this morning, so that would be the gizmos. Perhaps the graphics will be expanding beyond just the logo on the plasma.
