The whole point of putting a news bulletin on Pick TV to promote Sky News. They are not doing it for fun, you know.

Pick TV is owned by BSkyB. BSkyB want viewers to watch Sky News. It's not a case of 'allowing' it on their channel.

The theme on the Pick TV is simply a remix of the main tune to be used instead of having a main theme and a headlines theme.
