I much prefer the idea of having a half circle sofa setup, move Charlotte over next to Eamonn.

I find a news desk too formal for breakfast TV....

I prefer the current sunrise desk and sofa as opposed to the sofa. I like the presenter to be separate from the guests.

Quite honestly, I'm a fan of the current set up because its something different. Do we really want 3 breakfast shows that are exactly the same set up?

Does Sky News have any other beds? They only seem to ever use the normal one. Along with the one used for Sport, that I will guess was made in house, starting with the old 'Sound Effect' TOTH with other beds and music overlaid.

Yes , always the same bed has become too repetetive after more than 2 years and it is used for every sequence.

Fading into a break looks really bad, the way they do it at least. If they had the presenter come into vision after the last 'Coming Up' piece and saying something like "All ofthat and more coming up on *Programme Name*, but first, these messages" or "All of that and more coming up later, this is *Programme Name* on Sky News, all after this."

The ticker [TAPE] says "Anyone who sees the escaped lioness has been urged to call 999"

Escaped? Lioness? Are they making up stories now?

Actually, this wasn't on the ticker, it was on one of the captions during the lion story.

You won't believe it, but I've just dropped my Sky News Siren. I'll have to tape it back together.

I think Jonny can record?

huh, who, what, me? Alas, you've caught me at a bad time; I'm all out of tapes. Nor do I possess a DeLorean. Or the time to glean Sky News continuously on chance of comical mishap.

Did you mean: phil94?
