I have to question Sky's editorial judgement this weekend.

Tonight, they don't switch to Local Election coverage until Midnight. They decided that even the 11.30pm Press Preview was more important than the local elections.

All depends when the first results are due. If they aren't due until after midnight then there should be no problem - better than a load of filler

I'm sure I saw a trailer for Sky News on one of the other Sky channels, with her speaking Chinese.

Indeed, she speaking Mandarin to the Chinese dissident in her story this evening.

On the French election front, Anna Botting said they would have special coverage from 7pm on Sunday.

Superb graphics! Superb usage of the studio and newswall including martin! All in all a very good coverage! The only thing I was missing was the special election theme music!

There's no use interrupting what is a very popular feature (press preview) just for the declaration of ONE result, that just happens to be the first.

The purpose of the coverage was to take the results as they came in and analyse what it meant and to put it into various models.

They have a strange graphics fade-in and fade-out this night!
Plus on my HD feed there are currently SD graphics!
Ok they have definetely graphical problems, several animations are missing as well.

Is it just my iPod, or does anyone else's not have the function to rewind the live video by 30 Seconds no more?

I saw the 5.30-6am half hour today and they were using SD graphics. They went HD when sunrise started.
