Noticed that they changed the clock format from 22.30 to 10.30pm a few days ago.

This ( 10.30pm) was just an example , they are now doing it for every time.

I MEAN the time references on the straps for example : Press Preview at 11.30pm and Sportsline at 10.45pm.
Or the information on the ticker: PMQ's starts at 12.00pm
