Great opening of the program with paula middlehurst this afternoon. They put more emphasis on the program than usually, due to the breaking news of AVB beein sacked. Nice Newswall backdrop usage behind paula to show the breaking news and good coverage of Nick as well.

Any clips?

Basicly, the normal breaking news scrolling on the newswall & Continuous coverage of Nick for the afternoon.

They did this during Sky News with Kay Burley (what was Afternoon Live) the other week, when James Murdoch resigned. Sort of happened when the sound effects re-appeared on the Live/Breaking and TOTH wipes.

they just done it again. Nice to see they're using different camera angles at the news desk for general/breaking news things rather than sports...

They really need to sort out the double-headed presentation in the last half of Boulton & Co. It looks ridiculous!

Great to see Martin Stamford on air tonight from the Sky News Centre with coverage of Super Tuesday.

And a nice newswall backdrop for us.

I haven't noticed this before, Jim White is presenting the 12-2 Sky Sports supplied bulletins from the floor of the Sky Sports newsroom rather than from in front of a green screen as before. Looks good.

Just saw a tweet about the new look newswheel. I'm not near a tv right now, so was wondering if it was any different?

HD is not being kind to the Sunrise desk. Noticed its getting a bit tatty, especially at the bottom where someone has applied some gaffa tape!

Just checked, and all I'm seeing is Luweska Burak (At least, think it's her), presenting from the main desk with the Newsroom background, linking to prerecorded OB's.
