When Kelvin MacKenzie was talking about breast implants in the 22:30 Press Preview he seemed to imply a presenter in the afternoon on Sky News has them, Anna Botting told him to wash his mouth out after he said something on the lines of there are none on this programme but there might be in the afternoon, Kay Burley posssibly?

Also as this is a presentation forum, The ticker failed at 11pm but was working again by 5 past, I've not seen it have problems for quite a while

I'm looking through my freeview cache and cannot find it.. What time did it occur?

Between 23:40-23:50

Come on Johnnie, I'm desperate Very Happy

It didn't happen on Freeview.. Kevin was cut off mid sentence, the ads played, Anna welcomed back viewers..

Probably happened on DSat only..

Don't the adverts kick in automatically at set times, so the gallery has to make sure they're ready to be off air by that point? I thought the only time this wasn't the case on Sky News was when adverts are dropped for breaking news?

Seems to be a mess at skynews concerning the presentation during these days!

I really dislike the Markets Updater under the sky news logo, it's a dull colour and is really distracting sometimes and doesn't need to be there as they now have the "Sponsored Business Update" and "Jeff Randall Live" how much more business do they want? And to make it worse it only updates the FTSE so it just basicly is useless....

I don't see it as an issue, it's quite discrete? It's there for a reason too... business is actually becoming increasingly important as the financial situation grows across the globe from the Euro Crisis to our own problems in the UK.

Remember, Sky News is often on screens in offices across 'The City' and around the country, and as we go into 2012, you'll see how Sky will provide more airtime and resources to Business as the financial situation continues. Merely catering to it's audience.

I'm surprised since Sky News is owned by the Murdoch Empire, they haven't followed what FOX has done and introduced their own Sky Business Channel, like the FOX Business Channel.

The American/Australian TV markets are vastly different to the UK market, that's why.
