jeremy thompson called his shift live at five again tonight

Good. Dumb idea to get rid of the Live at Five brand anyway.

Maybe we can get Dame Kay to keep mentioning Afternoon Live.

Really strong rolling coverage of the Eurozone meeting this evening on Sky with Martin Stanford, Ed Conway, Joey Jones and Robert Nisbet.

Jeff Randall on at 8pm again as has been happening quite a lot recently with the saturated coverage Michael Jackson trial.

...Which nobody is interested in! I'm still baffled to why Sky insist on showing rolling coverage of the trial on the main channel, stick it on the red button!

Weren't the ratings posted the other day that suggested the opposite was the case?

Seems that Sky News have today updated and refreshed their website, and for me it looks a lot better and more organised!

It's a big improvement, the site had become very messy. While a more radical change would have been nice, it is good to see them tidying it up a bit. The new, wider story pages are alot more readable. I would still like to see a cleaner, less cluttered design that is focused on breaking news.

The Press Office website has been updated aswell,
