To be fair if David sent Richard a capture device free of charge, which Richard is not using, I don't blame him for asking the question...
I have tried to use the device mutiple times and can not get it to record anything, I have in the past sent David a private message saying that I can't get it to do anything, I will try again this weekend
They seem to be having some problems with the graphics on SD tonight, Noticed during the Hacking story that only the top bar of the 2 lines of text was showing leaving a gap between it and the ticker, this happened on about 4 of the different information straps, This is the sort of thing that happens overnight when there is breaking news, Then as the Press preview began at 23:30 they had the static ticker with just the email and website on but everything seems ok again now
Is this normal? Skynews seems to have so often graphical and timing errors .Not so with other news channels.It doesn't seems to me that skynews is the state of the art when it comes to timing and graphics .But indded their backgrounds look very futuristic
I must say the last three month were very disappointing concerning camera angles voice overs music and programmes.Everything was equal.This is not the skynews I once used to know and it's hard for me to habituate on the situation
P.S: Why did they removed the twitter logo from the ticker?I was happy that there is a bit of blue in the ticker .But it seems that the ones responsible for the graphics hate a bit of variety and continue with the odd and simple style of the graphics if you compare that with other newschannels like CNN
