It's worse than a weekend isn't it? From what I saw from brief glances at work they were running the 15 minute format at lunchtime too - they used to have the Live Desk, when it existed, at 1pm on Bank Holidays (except Christmas/New Year)

Have been thinking this for months, but who else agrees that the newspapers held up by the anchor during the overnight hours, look totally off colour - more orange than white.

It's almost as if the camera isn't white balanced but surely it must be Confused

this hole in the gallery on the left side of the screen disturbes me.Why don't they shift the background more to the right?

I noticed yesterday that Sky seem to have removed the 7:30 summary headlines on Sunrise, and have now got two newspaper reviewers.
But then this morning, Mark Longhurst interviewed Vince Cable, then had another interview straight after that, before going into the newspaper review, which was also with two guests. This didn't happen at 6:30 though.

I've had to switch off tonight's 9:30pm Press Preview after the first half, a combination of boring guests and Steven constantly toying on that friggin tablet was just unwatchable for me, we all like our gadgets and toys but he was clearlly not even paying attention to what the guests were saying...

...what's the need to cut up shots of the tablet and don't get me started on shots of the plasma showing blury papers Rolling Eyes

I agree. I couldn't watch the 10:30 preview for the same reason. I can only think the presenter uses the tablet as previously there was some delay in switching between papers and they can zoom in on certain stories for the viewer to see.

He wasn't listening to the reviewer's opinions and take on the stories.
