The giant tv screen has remained portrait for the 22:30 and 23:30 Press Previews tonight

Just noticed that the guests for the 23:30 are different to the 21:30, I missed the 22:30 does anyone know which set of guest were on for that 1?

Robert Fox done the 22:30..

Thank you Johnnie Smile

I am surprised they haven't run any promos for this as it would only benefit it. They wouldn't have to name the guests, it could easily be a generic one to be used daily. I wonder whether this will run weekends too and incorporate more sport?

It was mentioned on Sunrise this morning that there's a full press preview at 9:30 and 11:30. Jacquie remarked that it's quite early. Similar in-show advertising to when Boulton & Co launched.

In my opinion the 22.30 press preview is unnecessary

Would you like to explain why? Perhaps that would have made your post more interesting. Or even interesting.

I agree I don't think there is a need for 3 press previews. The guests in the last few nights have said almost word for word the same thing in all the 3 press previews. There is no point of having 3 if something new isnt going to be added to each one.

But how many people will actually be watching the 930, 1030 and 1130 press previews? Most people probably don't watch news channels for that long...

I think between 22.30 and 23.00 you should rest at the main desk and concentrate on sport and news otherwise the programme is a bit too confusing

BBC News channel seem to be getting in on the act, they've had 2 press previews tonight. One General one and one sport one.

I do! But I suppose I'm in a tiny minority! Point taken but is still don't fell the 10:30 adds much. Id be in favour of bringing back the half hour sportsline during the week.

I agree. Since they now have a front pages preview at 9:30, and then a more detailed press preview at 11:30, the 10:30 one isn't as necessary as it was in the past. Maybe a half-hour sportsline, with a back pages review would be a good idea?
