The set looks like their virtual set they used while the newsroom was revamped. Rolling Eyes

Just watching it now and thought the same.

Don't understand why they would create a smaller version of what they have already. That studio could be anywhere, if you are going to put a studio at the centre of politics in the UK and then make primary use of it to have political discussion and debate at least make it a feature of its location.

A good chance to have a look around millbank at the beginning there. A good start!
Same logo style as Murnaghan

Wow, nice start, feels like the old SNT, both anchors starting in the newsroom, also nice main shot of Adam at the desk with the newsroom behind.
The set was used better in these first 2 minutes than in whole Murnaghan.

Just seen the shots from the newsroom looking into the studio, its really strange but I like it

No headlines or top stories mentioned which is a good break away from the usual SkyNews format, but I wonder whether people at lunch may require that?

Graphics with Boulton & co and coming up in the faint blue/white style outside the safe zone

What an odd format. Can't see this taking off.

Really liked Boulton and Co, it felt a bit like the old Sky News Today set up. Admittedly the format might take a bit of getting used to but I think they are right to shake things up a bit. Also pleased to see that Sarah's role is bigger than I anticipated.

Great to see them using the newsroom for presentation again. I was very impressed by the show and delighted that it actually felt like the Sky News of old.

Were there any changes to the Live Desk format this morning?

I found the beginning very upbeat and unique, it was good to see them moving around more, something which I've missed on Sky News. It puts Murnaghan to shame, not just with the presenters but also with the studio, it was a much smoother and had more interesting studio views, and the newsroom was a great addition.

I'd like to see the "Coming Up" graphics used more on other shows too.
