1pm Live Desk is still from normal position.

Probably because Martin does his preview Skynews.com section of the show from the newswall/island position- and also maybe to prepare for Afternoon Live Wink

Just been getting my 'Morning Joe' fix, and look who's popped up...JAMES RUBIN!

Haven't seen him on tv in ages. The whole interview just reminded me how good he was in that setting, and how bad he was reading from the autocue. A real shame - I quite like him.

Absolutely heaving down at Millbank this p.m. Never before have I seen so many people pacing up and down behind Adam Boulton.

Another "where does ... see it first?" advert. This time Noel Gallagher.

"I watch Sky News a lot...gets on Sarah's nerves...I'm like 'I need to know what's happening before everyone else.' You could put that on one of those adverts...(laughs)"

They obliged.

That's quite whitty, although they are becoming increasingly contrived in my opinion!

It's pretty high resolution already - well above HD, I think.

EDIT: It's actually 2448×432 pixels, so I think they'll have to upgrade it

I think the screens are, but the physical graphics that are shown on them can look bad on SD, it looks shoddy and pixilated.
