on top of that, the Sunrise studio (especially the sofa) is so...Five-ish Exclamation Exclamation , which IMO downgrades the image of Sky News as the "First for Breaking News".

Elements of Sky News of past, with Anna seen coming off the newswall, and the newsroom actually being populated! Some people have having trouble getting past Colin at the live desk area, some poor girl got stuck behind him, not sure where to go it seemed.

Got to say...I really love the Sunrise set...tho a slightly smaller screen may have been better!

Manages to combine the desk/sofa combo without being too stuffy, nor fluffy! Looking forward to Afternoon Live...hopefully with a bit more of the newsroom on show compared to the old set.

Desk...bit busy in terms of design, yet i kinda like it! A much needed refresh...tho i do wonder whether the balcony is no more...would have been good to keep it for interviews during Kays slot....?

The presenters are still lit badly imo and look very pale.

No more sport headlines in the TOTH on Afternoon Live, which was introduced from the newswall

Afternnon Live starts of at the newswall and then Kay walks from it to the island. The first shot was a zoom over the newsroom.

I thought the introduction to Afternoon Live was excellent. Set looks fantastic. Nice to see each strand, so far, has a different style of presentation.

The space around the newswall and the island looks like an ice ring. Kay could skate a bit there. Laughing

I agree the lighting is not very good, Kay looks very pale.

Brilliant. Are we back in 2005 anybody?!

A great move forward for Sky News with this TOTH. Also, on a side note, weather came from the shoebox screen, which was weird. However, loving the rather cool looking studio, great seeing more of the upstairs of the news centre behind the newswall. They just need to update their graphics to complement the newswall visuals/studio.
