It's been used for Afternoon Live quite a few times the past month.

Wasn't The Live Desk supposed to be on then? Or was Anna hosting that as well?

We'll probably see a lot of Anna as she is covering Steve Dixon later..

She is covering him now according to his Twitter. Obviously someone else will cover his usual evening slot. Probably Samantha or Andrew.

So she's covering for an acnhor who isn't even the regular anchor in that slot. Can someone cover for Anna too? Rolling Eyes Cool

I was lucky enough to win a copy of the Sky News 20th anniversary book in an LBC competition - even though it's more like an extended corporate brochure than a serious book, it's gripping reading with lots of great anecdotes from correspondents and presenters over the years.

That graphic on the TV looks soo much better than the TOTH graphics.

I like the "top stories" bed, but not the "coming up" the first one reminds me of Sky News 2001 look.

I think its a simple case of Dermot only working 4 days a week and Steve being allocated to the Friday Sky News Today. However going by Steve's twitter he's had a few family issues to deal with, so Anna has agreed to cover his shift today so he can visit his family
