Why is Steve Dixon now getting called Stephen Dixon? Why the change?

He changed his name, we believe,

I doubt he changed his name. More likely he chose to use his full name rather than the shortened version.

I wonder if they have made any changes to the main desk for HD. If I remember correctly, it's the only part of the main studio we haven't seen over the past few weeks?

I don't think we've seen the blue standing desk, where Sportsline was from, recently.

Which would explain why Dermot is anchoring Sunday Live, seen as he isn't playing a role in election night itself.

That might be part of it, but I suspect the main reason was that yesterday's Sunday Live focused on Northern Ireland politics

Dermot has of course got a big role on Friday 7th

Adam will be interviewing the three main party leaders over the next three nights, starting with David Cameron tonight airing at 7pm.

Horrible sound problems on Sky News' interview with David Cameron.

They have fixed it now but this has caused it to lose sync with the video.

EDIT:
This interview isn't live. Adam Boulton was live at the beginning of the programme and he did a down the line with Jon Craig. They then played a report and went back to Adam Boulton who introduced the interview live. All this was fine. They then started playing the interview but the video froze and the audio continued which resulted in the audio and video being out of sync. They seemed to try to fix it but this resulted in the audio being played twice with about a second between both versions. They faded down one of the audio feeds but they left the wrong one up so the video and audio were not in sync. This lasted for a couple of minutes before they cut to the version of the pictures that went with the audio we were hearing. What a mess!

Think they have fixed the sound problems now. Fair play to Adam for asking Cameron about his relationship with News International and the Murdoch newspapers.

Yes, that surprised me. I don't think he really answered it though.

I agree Cameron didn't really address it but I was pleasantly surprised that Adam asked that question of Cameron, don't know of anyone else asking that during this campaign.

Nice to see no Jeff tonight, probably because it's a Bank Holiday but hopefully he won't be involved in the next 2 leaders interviews.

Err - what Brekkie?

Are these interviews repeated at all? Well, tonight's really, I forgot to record it.

It'll probably be shown again in the late edition of The Boulton Factor at 11pm, or at least highlights.
