How good does Sportsline look from the newswall?

Really impressed that they are still using the studio to its full potential,hopefully that will continue.

Anyone got any caps from Saturday Live?

Did it use many different parts of the new set?

From what I saw it used the island,the desk with the newsroom background and the multi purpose set for the sport.

Im not too in the know about this, but can all floor cameras move remotley, including the plasma's thats on the studio floor with the yellow wires?

I ask this, because one show, cameras are all on one side and by the next show, they are at the other side?

What are the controls like to move the camera? Buttons or stick?

Plus I wouldn't like to get the electic bill for the new look Sky News Centre!

That's what I was talking about, the elbow desk is behind the presenters . It's strange I wonder why did they do it.

It shows. He looks like a mildly depressed bingo caller.

And there was me thinking the laptops on the desks were for them to get the latest from the newswires - not to twitter along as they read the news!

I was wondering if they were going to have anything with the desk positioned with the newswall backdrop behind, as it always used to be, and the answer is yes - Sunday Live.

Nice little ending for Sunrise, with the whole team - Mark at the desk, Gillian, Nick and Denise on the sofa.

Probably because it makes it easier to shoot.
