I think the reason why Adam was off for nearly 2 weeks is beginning to show. He's been putting in 17 hours days for the last two days and that no doubt will continue. I don't know how he does it but all credit to him nonetheless.

Can't see this mentioned... sorry if it has already...

The HD logo looks v pretty

Hopefully it will be accompanied by some nice graphics, titles etc. but I agree it looks well, a lot classier than the current logo IMO.

Yes, the amount of work he's doing is incredible. His pay packet at the end of the month will be pretty bloated, I'm sure.
He's going to need a lot of coffee and make-up for the debate if he keeps up these kind of hours.

Nice two-way "tease" with Boulton and Randall at 18.58.

Same theme music as Decision Time USA, not a bad thing at all.

Seems to fit really well with the opening of the show and a nice new voice over as well.

Very slick introduction. I think this combination could prove to be an effective part of Sky's election coverage.

Great intro. Really like the music from the US election.

I take back my original reservations, Randall and Boulton Unleashed has actually worked quite well despite the odd awkward face from Adam when Jeff is talking and he is in the split screen. But overall it's been a good watch with some great guests.

Really liked Adam's word of the day, and his 'goodnight Jeff'.

Interesting Tweet from Marcus Payne, a Sky News Director. I didn't see the show myself:

Quote:
Sky News, 19.00: 2 directors, 2 vision mixers, 2 autocues, 2 sound desks, 2 presenters, 2 locations, no comms, no server, 2 heart attacks.

Did it show?

I didn't think it did personally. For a first show it went well.

Adam doing the papers again tonight, not leaving much for Anna to do (an hour including Sportsline plus the midnight news)
