Is there any chance of some osrt of connection between the UK's Sky and Russias? 'Life' ?

Even UK's Sky.com main website is similar to their 'Life' Homepage

They must do, its not similar its identical. Even http://www.lifesports.ru/ is the same as Sky Sports.

Sky News in Studio B from now until the HD launch, looks like it'll be next Tuesday for the start of the election campaign.

Yeah looking likely for Tuesday now. What is the reason behind using studio B though? Presumably the only things they can rehearse are graphics etc. or will we see some cosmetic changes to the set? I'd like to see them sort out the island, its so messy atm.

Not sure about the small desk in Studio B, it looks so empty.

Seems they changed the transponder for Sky News HD to 12382 H. Previously it was on 12460 H.

No idea, although it was interesting that while Sunrise came from it's usual desk & sofa area this morning, the weather was done via CSO rather than at the newswall, there were no shots of any other part of the newsroom except for the Sunrise set.
