What are the odds they'll have made it into an ident by the end of the day?
I'm not sure its necessarily something they would want to promote or encourage. The very kind policeman also had his back to camera the whole time and mumbled too. He was no Noel Gallagher.

Burley just looks ridiculous in that snow, let's be honest. He brought the coffee to her to give her a hint - just get indoors you're a complete idiot.
On another point, yet another day of pointless political speculation and endless contributions from political editors of the various national newspapers. So boring.

Makes a change from them spending the whole day talking about snow, though.

That's why Kay Burley is out in the snow. It makes a boring story ever so slighty less boring. Its why we are watching Sky News and not BBC News this afternoon.
Turns out Kay Burley didn't get the exclusive on the offer of coffee. There is a video on Sky News Active where some people offer Colin Brazier a cup of coffee. I can't see it properly as my picture is breaking up due to snow on the dish. For some reason, only Burley's coffee video is available on Sky's website.
BREAKING NEWS: I just managed to see the Colin Brazier video and one of the people says the magic phrase "My daughter saw you on Sky News". Expect to see this used as a promo.
I thought Sky was a lot more informative than the BBC this afternoon, the contributions from political correspondents from various newspapers and Sky's own reporters were great, there seemed to be a lot more pace to their coverage aswell.
Love how now that Sky News provide national news bulletins for Independent radio they are advising people to 'tune to commercial radio' in a BBC local radio kind of way for the very latest on the snow.
