I know he was on last night around 10pm and he was still there on Sunrise! I thought it was a pre-record but he was referencing some of the things Colin was saying so definitely not a pre-record.

Lisa Burke popped up around 8am I think.

and what a ridiculous decision it has been, seeing her blow her nose, wiping snow from the camera.

Being there is adding nothing to the story, if anything it is distracting from it.

It's rather handy - they can cover both the top stories from the one location.

As I understand it, she was supposed to be presenting from Guildford in the snow, but a late decision was made to go to Westminster rather than Osterley.

A "very kind policeman" just brought Kay Burley a cup of tea in the middle of a down the line interview with Ed Balls after he saw her on TV "looking beleaguered".
