EDIT: it would appear only the section in front of the island is ready,looks as though the fake backdrop is still being used behind the desk.

I caught the 6pm TOTH, and the jib or whatever we're calling it nowadays was back to it's lively self, spinning around 180 degrees to show the desk and newswall. It looked much more exciting then of late.

Sky's coverage of the climate change conference has been really impressive. It could possibly have been a boring topic that they had to report on but Adam Boulton is lively in Copenhagen and Holly Williams is turning into a top class reporter. Its also good to see Sky aren't devoting all its air time to the conference aswell

Sky News just fallen off air at 1am.

Came out of the pre-recorded weather to a single vertical white line down the middle, then a BA STRIKE headline at the bottom, then the whole picture faded slightly before showing a Sky News logo with generic Sky music.

Sky Sports appear to be switching over to it with the launch of Sky Sports 4.

Well new graphics are a bit overdue which has been mentioned once or twice on this forum. They may wait to change them when they turn HD
