Its new from this morning. Theyv'e also added tabs for the latest blogs down the left hand side of the screen. With regards to live streaming- about time!

But I don't get real Sky News TV but that thing they play on interactiv.

Sky News has been streamed live on TVCatchup for a while now, about time the official site caught up.

Is that a new Breaking News graphic on the ticker at the moment?

Missed it. Was it much different?

The graphic on the ticker has been subtly playing up for weeks and weeks. The border comes and goes, and flickers quite a bit. Not very noticeable until it catches your eye.

It was 'breaking news' within the normal ticker, i.e. it had other news in there too, not just the breaking news. Maybe there has been a software upgrade, the 'breaking news' graphic and the 'leaders debate' graphic being new things for them to play with.

I'd like to see breaking news incorporated into the normal ticker more. I sometimes find it frustrating when I'm at the gym, watching with no sound, and there's only one not very important breaking news story on loop for ages. Being able to read all the stories can make ten minutes on the cross-trainer go a bit quicker.

Haha, same at my gym, they have Sky Sports News showing usually aswell, but they flip the Subtitles on for them, but their flaw is that it usually only subtitles half of what they're saying. They have the sound available on the treadmills for Sky News, but that is originated from DSAT and the picture is originated from DTT, which usually means a couple of seconds overlap and different commercials.

It would appear the presenters are having "HD tests" this week.

Why the loss of DOG Clock and Ticker

I really wish sky news would give samantha simmonds a more permanent higher profile slot on the channel! I think she is one of the best presenters the channel has!

I just wondering what people think of the new city editor Mark Kleinman. I personally think he comes across poorly on screen. He doesn't speak with fluency and you cannot tell when he is finished or half way through a sentence, although he does seem to have some good sources
