I knew there was a different background for Live at Five. Usually you can see more of Martin Stanfort and desks around him on Live at Five aswell

Noticed that on Live at Five. Some kind of work going on presumably.
Still using the static backdrop for NSW tonight. ALso the 8 o'clock used the other TOTH graphic (just the logo on the blue background). Seems that they're either having problems in the gallery or doing some work for the HD upgrade?
Sky News currently using a static backdrop of the gallery? Live shot of newsroom though.

Yes I read somewhere that the gallery was being moved to a temporary location in October to allow for the HD upgrade.

Nice to see Steve Dixon getting a weekday Live At 5 slot.
He is the most irritating presenter on Sky. Cocky when he's happy, and really miserable looking most of the time.
They really should leave Live At Five to the standards of Jeremy Thompson or Anna Botting etc.

Andrew Wilson off again? I'm astonished. He was off for about a month not so long ago.
He does rather. This is most apparent on Saturday Live during the half-hour of sport from 11.30. Chris Roberts always sticks around for this segment but he's lucky to get a word in edgeways if Nick's on.
The best sports presenter on Sky is Rob Curling but he's only relief. Doesn't even have a biography on their website so I think he's a freelancer.
