I honestly don't understand this statement; I don't personally see why it matters.

Exactly, accuracy and quality of reporting over speed favoured.

Flicking between the two, as I was, the BBC's coverage when the news first broke was all over the place. Sky, on the other hand, had firm details of what had happened and some good analysis and interviews within minutes.

Down to the good work yet again of Tim Marshall.

Gillian Joseph was back doing the headline updates on Sunrise today and apparently it was Live at Five according to the desk screen.

I believe I am right in saying that there are some new stings in and out of the news summaries. Much nicer. Very white.

I'm inclined to believe there are a lot of presenters on holiday at the moment, very weird to see Mark Longhurst doing the lates!

The incredible moment Sky TV presenter Kay Burley grabbed a rival by the throat and pinned her to a wall

Sky News presenter Kay Burley pinned a rival against a wall today when tensions exploded outside court as the press tried to get a glimpse of Naomi Campbell.

The news anchor clearly had her hand around the throat of a female photographer as the media scrum desperately tried to get a shot of the supermodel.

Burley, 46, and the photographer, Kirsty Wigglesworth, can be seen jostling for position as Campbell, 38, arrived at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court today.

How apt - I thought Kay reveled in having her mug splattered across the camera? Naomi or Kay - who is the biggest diva - the latter surely!
