Wonder if the stairs will be staying in the same position - as they might be too close to the desk?

Also interesting to see how Kay Burley's Afternoon Centre turns out, will it still be standing up?

I think Dermots and Kay's programme should get a similar name, as "Sky Today" and "Afternoon Live" don't really work. Maybe both programmes become Sky News Today or Sky News with Kay Burley...

Did we ever see a shot from the camera which is hanging from the ceiling to the right of the newswall?

We sure did. The camera was mainly used for World News Tonight.

its like this current toth sequence makes the presenters nervous. Anna B always looks worried the first second and Martin Stanford looks like he's waited forever. Its like they aint sure when they are going to start.

I hope that the studio feels fresher, and they make use of this Sunrise area, I am starting to feel hopeful, and cannot wait to see the studio...

Funny to see that the moment when the newswall was taken over by cheerleaders made it into his showreel. Was very bizarre!

Shame he didn't include one of the most comic moments from the channel in recent years from the much talked about paper areoplane competition across the studio with Ginny/Mark. Would love to see that again if anyone has a video!

Aww, Sky News with Martin Stanford , now there's a show I wish they'd given more of a chance to. It was a rare glimpse of brilliance in the recent couple of years and, as such, it didn't last.
