It is pretty disappointing, if that is the best they can do. It reminds me of a mock for News 24 on Lee Seaman's website, but Lee's is better, as it doesn't have random unaligned boxes. You can see Lee's here.
They have just moved that awful live bug over to the other side, the TOTH sequence is worse than before, and the straps are all disaligned with a posh fade, and the straps often have GO TO SKY.COM/NEWS on them (which is utterly pointless)
The ticker is much better, and overall, they are much better than the last rubbish we had, but it's still bad.....
Hope the BBC have actually considered their rebrand..

I do like the new ticker, seems much cleaner without the stacked logo and the big black border at the bottom. Still not keen on the shade of yellow though for breaking news.
I will need to see the new TOTH again before I pass judgement, as I think they messed the 7.00 one up.
I do like the CNN style graphics, but like the logo back in the top left hand corner, it will take some getting used to.
Not sure about some of the backgrounds, especially the 'RTS bacground'. What the hell is floating around in the background?
And does anyone else wish there was another new background on the newswall with the refresh?
