That's what I thought. Would certainly excuse them of my criticisms.

Looks as though the newswall is having some problems. Weather is being presented from the CSO, Kay is sat on a chair facing the newsroom, and Jason De La Pena is presenting the headlines from the mezz.

Edit: They're using it again now. Michael Wilson is in the studio, and looks like there's a new business background on the newswall.. creeping back into the full screen graphics!

Any caps? I'll have to wait to tomurrow to see it now. Did you notice that the biz bug has made it's return? Turned up at about one and was still up at 3:30 when I checked again (I think!).

What is the new background like, decent or a bit crap?

Navy blue, digital clock style numbers and a few red and green arrows. It all slowly moves to the left.

Haven't read this thread or watched the channel in ages, so apologies if this is a redundant question: How long have Sky been teasing stupid animal clips from LiveLeak throughout the hour? There's a good viewer, if you sit through the whole hour we'll show you a funny dog jumping around in the snow Rolling Eyes

RTS news channel of the year my LiveLeaking a*se.

I'm assuming you're talking about Afternoon Live? If so I think it comes under the 'human interest' umberella. No other show has clips like that.

Oh fair enough, afternoon fluff for the bored housewives then!

Slight oxymoron if you classify cats and dogs as human interest , though.

But isn't it nice to see both presenters in the same shot, and at the same desk. And there's no breaking news either, so it's a bit like the old days right now.

I wonder if this is a sign of things to come. I really hope so.
