Julie has being Live at 5 for the past few days and as much as i like Jeremey i think she is probably better than him.There was a funny moment the other day when she appeared to shout and wave her hands in the air to get someone to move the auto-cue on,hard to explain but quite amusing!Colin was back today,by himself in the afternoon slot.It really is all over the place at the moment and i think a new schedule is needed.

JT was back today.Still no sign of Andrew Wilson though,if i remember correctly i think they said he would become a presenter "in the autumn".
And is it just me or has the set dated very badly?I know its not even two years old yet but i find it quite dull and dark.Perhaps its because the presenters are permanently strapped to the desk.Any chance of a few tweaks,just to celebrate two years in the new set.

I expect nothing from Sky News. They have lost all the inovative and interesting things they had before. It's so boring I can't watch it for 3 seconds. Really sad, and it was my favorite news channel. They should sell that set to someone who could use it and put more than one presenter in it too.

I agree completley,it really is a complete joke now.It has become so stale and boring,and while they blame cost cutting then why do they pay Eamonn Holmes ridiculous sums of money to host an appaling breakfast show that does better in the ratings when he is not on!And whoever decided having someone present solo in the afternoon was a good idea should be sacked!

True but i suppose having a big name gets publicity,saying that they don't advertise the fact Holmes works at Sky that much.I wonder when the next graphics revamp will be?I know the current ones are new but they are so so awful!I think a change of management is required.

Well Sky is more into 'celebrity' styled presenters with huge egos than decent journalists.
I am still bitter about how they treated Juliette Foster and the only one who is not up their own arse is Julie Etchingham.
Even Anna Botting is getting a bit too big for her boots.

Exactly and the fact is none of them are as good as they think they are.
And i have to say Julie is good but rather dull when by herself,and as for JT he gets more mumblier,if thats a word,by the day!
