Dozy cow! If she did phone the emergency services she should be fined for wasting their time! The Sky News reporter has as much brains as you'd expect from this joke for a news broadcaster, "She may be in as much as 6 feet of water there" - bloody big wheels on her car then as it's only halfway up them. Why couldn't she just walk out of it, it'd only be up to her knees! Doh!

Yes, that's what I thought. The water level was only up till the wheels isnt it. She would have jolly well walked across it.
