Sky News international feed showing the ticker. Though not very asthestically pleasant, it works.

Sky News is streaming now 24/7 via their Live TV/Events page (without the Lost ad at the start,) but they don't show the ticker, they should.

Interesting to see that Andrew Wilson will be returning to Sky News in London as a presenter this summer, with the excellent Robert Nisbett going to America.
I think Andrew is very good in the studio, although one has to wonder where he might fit into the schedule?

Oh dear! Anna Botting just broke down in tears while reporting from Portugal. She's only human I suppose.

She was just talking to another mother at the resort about general issues of child safety. The mother started crying first (I think) then it triggered Anna off and she quickly handed back.

Has Sky News stopped showing CBS News? Its 00:35 in London and 0735 in Singapore.

Kay Burley is now out in the Algarve, seems to be situated on a balcony overlooking Anna Botting's position. There is also no Saturday Live this morning, its been replaced by a two-hour programme entitled 'The Search for Madeleine'.

I know this is a major story with sizeable public interest, but surely two main presenters on air from Portugal at the SAME time is a bit of overkill?

It's a human interest story and it's the sort of thing that Sky does well. Sorry to sound heartless or insensitive, but the public loves to follow this type of story extensively.
