What the hell is the point of the weather thing? You can only see 5 pixels of it on 4:3tvs so on SN International it just looks like more of a mess, and he (Eamonn) really shouldn't say "Your watching Sunrise on Sky News and Sky One", even if it is on Sky One, it can be misleading, cos we have a Sky One here in NZ and another country where Sky News is aired, has Sky One.
Sky UK barely care about their international audience (at least I heard Fox News Extra tell us we existed once). If they did, they would send their affiliates drafts of their screen designs in advance so they could roll out changes in unison.
Though of course, I'm not complaining this time. I can just hope Sky UK make another change before anyone down under notices the pixels have changed.

CK.
Sky Au/NZ have already noticed the changes. They will make changes at their own accord. They haven't even had the current ones for a year.
The idea of this blog was to provide you with a way of giving your feedback - and you've certainly done that. This particular post has generated the largest number of responses of any of the Viewpoint threads.
It's clear that there are some aspects of the changes which many of you do like - but the negative feedback has come through LOUD AND CLEAR.
The idea behind the new look was to highlight Breaking News in a way which did not conflict with other video or information on screen.

Well, there you go, some changes may be made as a result.
Christ, they've been getting a bashing on Viewpoint.
