Is the Big Brother saga over? Well it was interesting and crazy to see it on all news channels.

i guess so, since Jade goody got evicted... the saga sure did grab the headlines, even overseas... everyone's talking about it...

I can't stand Hannah Perry. She is so confused and really is no entertainment expert. Tonight Chris Roberts talked more than her and he obviously knew much more about movies,even Sarah Michele Gellar horrors. Kiki King is much better,put her instead.

That video shows how much Sky News Today and other programmes have changed. You can tell the newsroom is so much busier and more "alive" so to speak. I loved that part with Ginny walking down the stairs and handing over to the weather.

Sky News are currently showing footage of an interview conducted by the News of the World with Jade.

So not for a little while then..

I agree totally with that. It could be easily achieved with two people as I do feel that 3 were pointless. What they should do is include the weather and sports presenters within the top of the hour, perhaps around the podium or somewhere within the studio.

It was so good, you feel like you are there in the newsroom with them. I miss the old SNT,even though I love Julie & Colin, it was just more fun to watch.

The banter between Mark and Steve was great! Ill never forget when they had a paper airplane contest and they chucked these around the newsroom, and all the cameras did some awesome shots and sweeps.

Ah Great. I hope some sky bods are reading this. We dont want bland news. News 24 is more active than sky these days.

I dont think we'll ever see Julie walking down those stairs!

Of course, the problems must be twofold:

- the bad, bad ratings they had around then

- Broken News. Those walking bits look just so much like Melanie Bellamy.

But now with the new 2006 music there's none of that "oooh look at our new expensive studio" footage you see on the hour every hour, anymore.

But the point I'm making is Sky News have went from one extreme, walking around the studio Ginny down the stairs, to another extreme, sitting at the desk for 3 hours using the newswall once every hour.
They need to find a balance between these two, openings at the pod etc.
