Why don't you ask in the appropriate thread then?

Trees were placed on the top floor balcony. Hidden away from camera's view. Even though they could be seen every now and again. This year I think they will be more in view.

There was also an xmas tree at the end of the newswall in the newsroom.

It looked to me like the coffee table on the balcony they use for Sunrise had been replaced this morning with a bigger square desk.

It reminded me of the abnormal ITV Election 2005 desk.

I noticed earlier the return of the presenter-swapping thing.

Branded on the EPG as "News, Sport, Weather" (Yes, that imaginative) Chris Roberts did the Top half hour, Emma the bottom.

It was basically an ITN NC-stylee all the news and sport in 15 minutes, repeated over and over with different reports.

At the BOTH, we had the headline sequence with the blasted new headline bed and the usual anno. What rubbish.

The new desk does seem a bit too big for the little balcony area...looks like a squeeze to fit behind it.

Do they still use the area in front of the main news desk? It used to be used all the time for the Sky Report.

They repeat the headlines every 5 minutes and they showed the same package 3 times in an hour, ridiculous. That weekend set up won't last.

Its awful, for the first time ever I was shocked to find sky news replay the same breaking news interview with some bloke three times in one 1/2 hour.

They might aswell just have 1 presenter doing it all, and as for saturday live - wheres that gone, its kind of a half-hearted mix.
